You will need to upload a final version of your manuscript files in any case, so these changes should be easy to make before doing that, or during the proof stage.

Line 548: MEA is cited elsewhere as the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment, and the acronym is never defined (I think). Maybe better to spell out here.
