The reviewer comments seem straightforward to address, and based on the authors' responses, I have no doubt that they will be able to do so successfully. I recommend that in the responses to reviewers, rather than responding directly to the referees, the authors should consider ways in which the referees' understanding of the manuscript could be improved, and how that could translate into modifying the text of the manuscript.
