The authors have tried to address each of the comments from the two reviewers. Overall the authors have answered most of the technical questions. I did not find the revised manuscript, but there are still grammar problems in the responses. For example:

"... the session is mainly focus on..."
"... all the information..."
"... the effectiveness of the watershed health that were..."

Please proofread the manuscript to further improve the language.

Both reviewers are positive about the quality of this manuscripts and suggested revision. In the current form of the manuscript, the authors have adequately addressed the comments from the two reviewers. Therefore I recommend publish as is.
